Chaiyasak P. Couples Thailand, December 27, 2012	Good and clean hotel in central of Nagano city Close to Nagano station 8.3 Hotel is clean and comfort, wifi is really high speed. Room is equipped with all necessary equipment which you do not need to bring anything e.g. Shampoo and conditioner, bath soap, toothbrush etc. The hotel is very close to Nagano station and bus station where you can walk around 5 minutes and there is one Starbuck nearby. You can easily connect the bus to see snow monkey. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Snow monkey is quite amazing thing. Monkeys are living in the snow and soaking in onsen. They are friendly ans stay close to you so you can take their photo easily.

Solo travelers Australia, April 26, 2011	Great Location Close to rail station, good size room, very good breakfast. 8.3 the hotel was very easy to find from the rail station. within walking distance were all the main streets of nagano. the room was equipped with all the amenities. the staff were helpful and friendly. i liked having the breakfast on the bottom floor which was reasonably priced with a wide range of food to choose from. i will gladly come back to this hotel.

Solo travelers Belgium, October 18, 2011	Eenvoudig business hotel Goed gelegen (dichtbij JR station), netjes, Engels sprekend personeel 7 De eenpersoonskamers zijn redelijk onpersoonlijk en naar Europese normen zeer klein, maar voor een doorreishotel is dit lang geen slechte keuze. Het hotel is goed gelegen, op een paar minuten te voet van het JR treinstation. De kamers zijn netjes, met alle nodige comfort, zij het in compacte vorm. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk, en spreekt voldoende Engels om niet-Japanse klanten te kunnen helpen. De prijs-kwaliteitsverhouding is aanvaardbaar. Bij een volgend bezoek aan Nagano zou ik misschien eerst uitkijken naar een ander hotel, maar het zou me ook niet storen om terug te logeren in Hotel New Nagano.
