The location is front of to Nagano central station amd bus station and even it's located in busy area the room is quite. The staff is helpfull and we don't have problem communicating using English
Small room, bathroom bit smelly
We arrived in Japan in Nagoya on 19th June 2009 and then we directly go to Nagano and arrived there around 6pm and already very tired from the trip. But lucky the hotel just in front of the station and we could go straight to check in and then looking for the dinner around the hotel area. The hotel look quite old but it is still well maintained, only the room bit small and the bathroom bit smelly. But I think for small city like Nagano this hotel should be still OK. especially the hotel staff can speak in English so we didn't have problem with the language. Then on 20th June we went to M-wave (Olympic stadium for ice skating) using the bus, and again the bus station to all direction is right in front of the hotel so it's very convenient to go anywhere from this hotel.
