Good location and nice staff. Very cheerful and helpful. Conveniently located near amenities. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are clean and spacious and a comfortable place to stay in. I will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Nagasaki for a enjoyable visit.

Fantastic service, good English and very helpful without being overtly so, room was well sized for Japan's standards, comfortable bedding, convenient location. Difficult to find (signage too small). The hotel was conveniently located and extremely comfortable. Service was just about right - helpful but not overtly friendly - and their standard of English was fantastic. The only problem is that it took us a long time to find it due to small entrance of the hotel. Perhaps more information can be given to customers who have already booked the hotel.
Hotel Feature Tip : It is through a small entrance opposite Daimaru.

Location for transport. Quiet hotel set right where all the activity of downtown prevails during day and also Japanese style night life is within the boundries of Dori Machi. The Holiday Inn has is own clients with a large number of guests and long stay guests affiliated to shipyard new building personnel...Overall no weakness in the Hotel. The best value Hotel in Nagasaki with best location, unless you want a bay side view but it is best value in town.
Shopping Tip : 4 Malls in town all acessable with local street cars that trolley around till 2300 daily.
