Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

A very warm and friendly hostel
very affordable but extremely comfortable stay, friendly staff/owner, and a free breakfast :D
9.3
This was my very first hostel experience, and honestly, I did not know what to expect. Surprisingly, the staff and guests were really very friendly, they even gave me a special tourist pass. There were 10 of us in the room, but I still had a comfortable and uneventful sleep. But the best part, I think, was the owner (who i did not recognize until much later) with his very bubbly personality, mingling with guests and all. I would definitely stay at Casa Noda again when I visit the city.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Don't forget to ask for a special tourist pass which gives you a 50% discount on entrance fees to a number of sights including Glover Garden and Mount Inasa Ropeway/Observatory :)

I was just staying there for a night for I feel the hostel owner is really friendly! He even treats us some Japanese snacks for free, which make you embarassed if you turn him down! Also, the location of the hostel is too good that even when you get back at late night you can easily find your way back.

this is a great place to spend a few nights if you are travelling alone in nagasaki.
dorms are large and well maintained. toilets/showers are spotless.
the owners are super friendly and helpful.
the common area is a relaxing place to spend an evening and the free breakfast is an excellent bonus
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Glover Garden - Much more interesting than i anticipated. Especially nice if the weather is good

Nice, clean and friendly hotel

I was welcomed by a friendly receptionist, who, after check-in, carried by bag upstairs for me. I was upgraded to a 3-bed dorm, of which the other beds were not taken. There were other dorm rooms available, but I was the only lone female traveller. Very considerate and thoughtful. The room even had a private sink and toilet. The place is clean and warm, with a cozy kitchen and shared area. I would definitely come back here.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
When visiting the 'hells of Beppu', don't visit all of them, just pick a few, otherwise your visit becomes expensive and maybe a bit boring. The mixed mud onsen is an interesting and fun experience.
