Just under a mile south of Nagoya Castle - convenient - can get there by walking. Staff is friendly. Hotel is in good condition, everything is clean and presentable.

It's really close to the Marunouchi subway station, but you have to cross a pedestrian overpass before you get to the hotel.

The hotel is really close to the Marunouchi subway station.. once you get out of the station, you will be able to see the hotel. The room was a bit small, but I understand it was about standard as far as Japanese hotel rooms go. The staff spoke English, and were very friendly. As I was leaving after checking out, another guest had just presented them with Taiyaki - a Japanese fish-shaped cake with red bean paste inside - and they called me over after she had left to share some! Really no complaints - the pedestrian overpass is only an issue if you are physically handicapped, as even with rolling luggage, there is a ramp portion where you can roll your luggage along.

Restaurant Tip : There's a Yoshinoya that's just a bit north of the hotel (in the direction of Nagoya castle) that serves good food for cheap! Also, Nagoya castle closes at 4:30pm.

The best features of the hotel included the vending machines on each floor. The free internet usage was awesome. But the best feature of the hotel was the staff, they were incredibly nice and accommodating.

I like where the hotel was located, its convienant to subway lines, shopping, and night-life. I loved staying there. I stayed at the hotel during the H1N1 virus scare, so every morning I would have to report to the hotel front desk and they would ask me how do I feel. I would have to verbally tell them that I am ok and sign some health document to clarify that, but even through all that I had a awesome time with my stay there.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Make sure to ask for a map of the your surroundings from the hotel front, they are in english...and if you like spicy ramen ask the hotel staff for the nearest ramen shop and you will not be dissatisfied!

The hotel was located centrally in Nagoya The rooms were clean. Hotel staff friendly.

The room was on the small side however it was comfortable. Unable to gain access to room until after 3pm unless an additional fee was paid.

This hotel was in a good position which enabled easy walking around Nayora. The room was on the small side however it was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. The location of the hotel allowed easy access to the subway and shopping areas. The hotel was also close to JR station. This hotel did not allow access to your room until after 3pm unless an additional fee was paid unlike most other hotels which allowed early access if the room had been cleaned and available to use.

Restaurant Tip : Nagoya had a range of food outlets including restaurants. There were some good value for money restaurants located in the subway eating areas.
