room ok, but small, have internet, but no wifi

the location is near the railway station on foot about 15min only.
hotel provide internet, but not provide wifi at the public area & room.
free breakfast, the food just so far so good

Very rude staff. Several noisy guests on my floor and the staff did not want to help. I had complained about the other guests to a staff who claimed to not speak English but I had seen him speaking English to another customer the day before. I later complained to a staff who knows English because she checked me in and she didn't seem to care. I disliked the food in the hotel, but not too worried about that. Because of the treatment from the staff and the fact that they appear to allow parties, I do not recommend this hotel and will never return.

it was ok
non smiking room. bed was good. clean enough.

its a bit of a walk from the main station. if your not to energetic i,d reccomend a taxi. they are very cheap over short distances. dont expect to much from japanese business hotels, not very big and sometimes hard to get non smoking rooms. but it was comfortable enoygh and plenty of good food nearby. next time i,ll get closer to the main station i think, just for convenience.
