Central Hotel
Great location and fast check-in procedure

The central location made our staying easy. We were travelling with a two month old infant, so we could not stay out for very long. But we could enjoy downtown Nagoya because almost everything we needed was in walking distance (we took the taxi only twice once for the Castle abd another time for the Shinkansen train Station). The area is very animated during the night as well. At the hotel the charged extra per night for the infant cot (which in other hotel is usually cheaper or even free of charge.

The service was pretty good. They were helpful giving me directions to family restaurants, trains stations and shopping at traditional Japanese stores. But the room smelled funny. I think there were previous customers who smoke and the smell stayed. Or could be a bit of mold too.

hotel location is convenience and close to nearby shopping malls. also, there are many restaurants beside the hotel. although the hotel room is a bit old, it's very clean actually. the most important thing i'd like to thanks and appreciate during my stay in the hotel is the customer service provided by the counter. there is a guy who can speak english very fluent. he helps me a lot during my stay and all my questions even it is not his ambit. this made me give a full mark for their service, especially for him.

ロケーションはとにかく便利な場所にある。
部屋はそれほど広くなく，浴室やトイレの使い勝手が良くなかった。
施設が古いという印象はぬぐえない。だから宿泊料金で多少安価だったのかと思う。
インターネット環境が無く，今の時代から少し取り残された感がある。
施設節便の改善を望む。
スタッフは親切だったが，部屋に入って直ぐに電話が使えなかった。
ルームキーはカード式が普及して久しく，ツインであれば１人ずつに鍵があることが普通と思っていたが旧式の鍵が１本しか無く不便さを感じた。
今の時代，喫煙場所が限定されているのは当然だが，あまりにも隅に追いやられた感があり，時間制限まで設けられていて愛煙家にとっては非常に不便を感じるのではないか。

繁華街の中心にあり、買い物等には非常に便利であった。

やはり、他の人の口コミにも有ったが、古い建物であるのでエアコンの効きや、部屋全体が古い感じがした、駐車場の出入りにも困った。
