Every time an Agoda customer checks out of a hotel we send them an email asking them to write a review of their stay. This is the only way reviews can be submitted. Every review must then be approved by our content team before being posted on the Agoda website. Therefore, unlike many other travel sites, ALL Agoda reviews are certified and genuine.

Tidy Clean Friendly staff right in the city center
Very tidy and clean. And the cleaning lady is very friendly and polite, always with a big smile. One of the best thing about this hotel is its location. Located right out side of exit 13 of SAKAE station means that you can get to any part of the Nagoya city without having to walk too much. A Lawson convenient store really makes it convenient if you're hungry in the middle of the night.

Shopping Tip : tokyu hands is just 10minutes walk from the hotel, ask the hotel staff how to get there! You will find anything you need in your everyday life in that store.
And also a 100yen shop is also near by, also about 10minutes walk.

Nice hotel in a great location. Friendly staff, everyone was helpful.
Beautiful hotel in a glamorous area of Nagoya, Japan. I ended up staying twice as long as originally intended. The staff was both helpful and very courteous. The price was unbelievable considering the location.
I plan on using the "b" again in the Spring on my next visit to Nagoya. Have a great season in Nagoya.
