Situated in the busy Hirokoji area of Nagoya this 10 storey hotel is great value for money and ideally situated close to popular shopping areas. The relatively new Chisun Inn Magoya Sakae was first opened in 2006 and has been popular with local and international guests since, thanks to its close proximity to some of Nagoya's most efficient transport systems making it very convenient to access other parts of the city. Each of the 150 rooms is cleaned daily and offers basic amenities such as air conditioning, tea/coffee making facilities and satellite television. Although the hotel does not have an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of cafes, bars and local Japanese and western restaurants located just outside the hotel .
Children and extra beds:Minimum age of guests is: 18 year(s).
Guests over 18 years old are considered as adults.
Extra beds are dependent on the room you choose, please check the individual room policy for more details.

great location and everything i needed
the hotel is close to sakae subway station. sakae is a great shopping district. there is a starbuck directly across the street.

the hotel name had changed between booking and arriving so identifying it was a fun challenge. the staff were very helpful and they had no problem accepting the hotel voucher. the hotel is immaculate - in fact the whole of nagoya is the cleanest city i've ever been in. the room is a typical size for a salaryman hotel. the bathroom had the lovely shower toilet japan is known for. the shower/bath was hot and had plenty of pressure. the queen bed was comfortable. there is only wired internet, but it is included in the price. i stayed 6 nights.
Shopping Tip:
The Mitsukoshi department store is 3 short blocks away at the entrance to Sakae subway station. It has the most amazing food floor I have ever seen - Harrods has nothing on this place. Even though I don't speak Japanese ordering was easy and the staff all very helpful.
