Good value hotel, well located in the city.
Breakfast is rather basic - could do with more variety. Television does not have English speaking program on it - it would be good if it had just one English station such as CNN.
Generally a very good hotel, with helpful staff who spoke good English. The hotel is well located about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the railway station, close to the main restaurant/ entertainment area and also close to Okayama's two best tourist attractions: the garden and the castle. On the down side the breakfast is basic self-service, which is perfectly adequate but not very interesting. The rooms are the small (by western standards) - but very comfortable. If you are looking for is a convenient comfortable place to sleep at night, and which is well priced, then this is a very good hotel.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Okayama Castle is close to the hotel. It is lit up at night.
