room show sign of age, everything is charged for at very high prices , such as chair, umbrellas etc... staff cannot communicate in english at all with exception of one concierge who was outstanding

자연과 가까이 있고, 수영장이 3개가 있어서 너무 좋습니다.

최고의 서비스를 제공합니다. 리조트 내에만에도 볼거리가 너무 좋고, 음식도 맛있고, 좋습니다.
그러나.. 너무 비싸요..ㅠㅠ
음식도 비싸고, 수영장 내에서 카누/튜브/구명조끼 등등.. 하여간 사용하는것마다 모두 다 돈을 내야 합니다. 그것도 많이..ㅡㅡ'
서비스는 너무 좋고 친절하지만, 한국인 직원도 없고, 직원들이 영어를 전혀 못해서.. 뭐하나 물어보면 넘기고 넘기고 넘겨서 한참이 지나야 답변을 들을 수 있습니다.
Hotel Feature Tip:
리조트 내에서는 자체 골프카 같은걸 빌리게 되어있는데 24시간에 10만원도 넘습니다. 굳이.. 그냥 걸으실 거리도 되며, 필요할땐 로비에 전화해서 좀 데리러 오겠냐고 하면 와줍니다.
