The hotel is comfortable and clean though the room is small. But it is certainly great for family with young children. The hotel is close to railway station thus, moving around becomes so much easier. What we like best about the hotel is the provision of transport to major shopping centre and airport.

if you are looking for a convenient hotel which is near the airport, this is the one...although you need to take a train to go to the airport, it's just a stone throw away (only one stop). however, it will be easier if you can book a shuttle provided by the hotel to go to the airport. it's free.
the hotel is small (an average size of any japanese hotel) but the bed is comfortable. i especially like the deep basin (bathtub) of the toilet. it's really refreshing to be able to soak yourself in it after a long walk during the day.
i would certainly recommend the hotel to any tourist who plan to leave osaka the next day. definitely your last stop!
Shopping Tip:
there is a 7 eleven like shop and an eon mall nearby..you can find your eating needs there.

This was a very comfortable hotel, and good value. However rooms do not adjoin, so it is necessary for a family of 4 to book 2 rooms. At a reasonable per-room rate this is okay, however a larger room that would accommodate the family or two rooms that have a door adjoining would make it slightly more user-friendly for families.
The staff were all very friendly and professional. We did not eat in the restaurant, but there is a very handy convenience store just a couple of minutes away. I would use this hotel again in future and recommend it to others without hesitation.

Apart from being far from the airport, the rooms were smaller than a suite on a cruise ship and as hot as an oven. Had to pay for breakfast.

My family stayed there in order to catch an early flight. Unfortunately the front desk only told us the option of taking a cab which cost around 50 USD - pretty steep. I could have just used that money to book airport hotel. It advertises itself as airport hotel but the ride to the airport is more than 20 minutes and this was 5am in the morning when there was zero traffic!!! Later we went outside and found out that there was a bus but it left already!!!There was no one at the front desk in the early morning for us to ask questions or check out. Talk about bad service.
The heating system was terrible. It was hot, very hot and very hot and stuffy. We opened the window and then it was too cold. Me, my husband and my one year old baby girl did not sleep a wink!!!The next morning, we all got a cold! The first time my baby girl got sick!!! It is terrible and horrifying to fly with a sick baby!!!
I looked through other users' reviews before choosing this hotel and then realized it was unwise of me to trust others' opinions completely. Dont take my words for it! Stay there for a night and stay there with your children. The minute everyone gets sick, you will know my words are true. I am so furious!!!
I travel half a dozen times every year, inside my own country or overseas. I must have stayed at more than 100 hotels since I was a kid. This hotel is simply unacceptable!!!

It was alright, the hotel mainly cater for overnight stay for those that leaving to the airport the next day. The hotel has free shuttle service but only operated during the morning so for evening flights you have to get a taxi. The room was super small, not so fantastic condition.
