This hotel is located very close by the famous shopping centre of Osaka--Shinsaibashi Street, and only 5 minutes walk from the subway.

I stayed in the semi room, so the room is quite small for two.

The best thing about Chisun Hotel Shinsaibashi is its good location, easily to travel around Osaka. And even though the room is small but they have all needed amenities in room for you. And the staffs are all friedly and helpful. They can speak english quite well. So they can help you with the direction if you need. We were satisfied with this hotel. It is completely worth the money

close to LRT station, with convenient store just rite next to the hotel, and CLEAN!

a bit small...both room and bathroom.

Well, this hotel is very easy to locate if you commute via the transit. Once you come out of the station, just take a right turn, and Chisun is just there, close to a convenient store. cant remember if its a 24 hr store, but i think it is. Overall, our stay was great, the room is clean, with great comfy bed! Whats more important was the access to the transit! With just a walk away to some shopping area and building, food is also highly accessible. Good place for free and easy trip! Both me and my partner will go back there if ever we are in Shinsaibashi.

Room facilities are clean and the staff are very helpful.

According to the front desk, rooms with internet access require additional 1000 Yen per night.

Shopping Tip : There is a wine shop in the street vorner, also operate like a supermarket, prices are reasonable.

Good location English-speaking staff Clean rooms

Need to be prepared for small rooms

We were happy with our hotel in Osaka. The best thing about the hotel was the location - right near the main entertainment/shopping district. The semi-double room was quite small but as long as you are prepared for this it is ok. We found that booking this hotel on the Agoda website was the best deal for a hotel at this location.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Short walk from the Dotombori in Osaka - a must see at night!

Very close to the subway station. Rooms were clean and of standard size for Japan Within walking distant of some tourist/local spots for eating and shopping.

No complementary breakfast which other hotels of simlar standard and costing provided during our trip

This accommodation was close to subway and places of interest.

Hotel Feature Tip : Directions to get to them were fine except there is no Number 2 exit from the subway. Take 2B and the hotel will be right behind you.

really near the subway station, i can say is just above it only.

the location map need to improve, is really near, but hard to find it by the hotel location map.

is a very good location hotel, with just above the subway station only, the room size is not really so small, for going honey moon like me, we stil can accept the room size. and the condition of cleaning is alway up to standard, toilet equiment is full with hot water system, and automatic control.

Restaurant Tip : from the subway station, make sure to ask the neares shop, is realy near only.

Clean, Good location

Too small, Stuff(Don´t know local informations much)

THis is business hotel. It was too small for two people. I guess in Japan people won´t stay at room so much. Stuff are polite but didn´t know so much about local information, for example, nice restaurant, how to get sight seeing place. But hotel is middle of downtown so easy to get anywhere.

Hotel Feature Tip : If you have own laptop, you can access Internet as free at lobby.

Friendly & helpful staff with some English-speaking ones. Room is very clean and comfortable.

Room is small especially the toilet.

We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel from 10 Jan to 13 Jan 09. The hotel is very conveniently located with the subway station entrance/exit just in front of the hotel entrance. Easy underground shopping and the main shopping street with branded shops and alleys only 5-10 mins away. Room is very comfortable and clean though small but it's fully equipped with the basic needs like hair-dryer and hot water. Would come back to stay if we visit Osaka again

Friendly staff service. Cleanliness of facilities. Close to transport and shopping district.

Extremely small rooms - however quite expected in Japan.

I very much enjoyed my stay in Chisun. Our first experience in going there was arriving early in the morning the leave our luggage there before check in time. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and although the two of us had huge backpacks, the staff member insisted on carrying this on his own to the storage whilst carefully allowing for one of the backpacks broken straps. We only stayed for one night, but found that although the room was very small (there was a double bed and a small area to allow getting off the bed and a very narrow table), everything was neat and tidy and very well presented. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : If you're going soon, check out the crystal embellished Mercedes for sale in the lobby of the Sogo building in Shinsaibashi.

Great location - near the centre for shops, restaurants and bars. Everything is within walking distance. Very good, clean business hotel. Slightly bigger rooms than others. Definitely the best bed I stayed in during my trip.

The bathroom fittings were slightly old.... worked fine though.

The Chisun Shinsaibashi is excellently located for downtown Osaka - really close to the main centre for shopping, bars and restaurants. Also, it's really close to the subway station. Very convenient. I'd stay here again... might be a little bit pricier than other business hotels, but it's good value.

Shopping Tip : Walk along the main road to Tokyu Hands department store, and then along the pedestrian precinct of down to Ebisu Bridge... everything you could possibly want can be purchased in these shops.

Clean room, good location, free internet at lobby if you got your own laptop

Room is abit small but most room in japan are small

I have a good stay at Chisun Hotel Shinsaibashi. The staff are friendly although they did not speak much English. The location is good. It is around 10-15 min walk to the train station and is near the Shinsaibashi suji. It is easy to settle your around the Shinsaibashi suji and there is a few convenient store nearby. There is free internet access at the lobby if you bring your own laptop

The friendly staff Clean Location

The rooms are small, but of course, that is what one can expect when staying in Japan!

The Chisun Hotel is a nice and clean hotel in a nice neighborhood in Osaka. It is located in quiet neighborhood, which is, however, only five minutes away from the enormously long and exciting shopping gallery, which has several shops and cheap restaurants, and a great atmosphere. I will definitely stay here again, next time I'm in Osaka.

Travel light in Japan. Most train stations don't have an elevator, we had to carry our bags up and down the stairs. Buy the phone card with a PIN number, just 100Yen as a local call instead of a 180Yen/minute from Osaka to Vancouver.
