Great help from the lady at the front desk.Love the room, may be small but it's just nice for Asians. Very close to the subway. Made my husband & I wait for quite a long while without telling us that we could already check in (we had to find out ourselves). The location of the hotel is definitely a plus point because it's so close to the subway. Other than that, the room we stayed was great eventhough it's quite small. Front desk lady was really helpful as well. The only downside during our stay was the long wait for us to check in and we had to find out ourselves that the room was already ready. They didn't even bother telling us when we were just sitting and waiting at the lobby.

Very nice location; subway station right out front; shopping just down the street. Rooms too small; no area in lobby or business center (if there was a business center) to use a computer; not worth the money I was so disappointed upon entering our room. My daughter and I were there for vacation. We asked for a non-smoking room and was given a room that had obviously been smoked in on a regular basis. The person at the front desk did not believe me when I told her. I invited her up to the room with us where she quickly apologized! We were moved to a different room. The rooms have an "old" smell to them. I could have lived with this (I brought along air freshner and used most of it); however, the size was just too small. My daughter and I had to squeeze around each other to move about. My thought was, "the prison cells I've seen on TV are larger than this!" It was quite depressing to stay in such a tiny room. This was not something we were used to. There was not place that I could log onto a computer to check email, etc. The staff member at the desk suggested I go to an internet cafe, which looked to be at least a ten minute walk away. Also, there was no place to do laundry. I ended up going to another hotel and just losing whatever money I had prepaid for three nights at this hotel.

Room is very small. you can't barely open your suitcase inside the room. bathroom is very very small, I do not recommend a guest who is 180cm height to stay in this hotel. you would feel uncomfortable to sleep in this hotel's room.

Very good location - right outside the subway station, right above underground shopping mall (Crysta) with a number of nice restaurants, plus walking distance to the Shinsaibashi shopping street. Very small room (semi double) - after placing luggage trunk on the floor, the walkway (to get from bed to the door) is blocked. Room is old (bathroom and bed). This hotel's location is very good but hotel is quite old. Shinsaibashi shopping street is very interesting area to have a look - many shops to check out and food selections are great. Hotel staff can communicate ok in English but service is not very great. Will probably try other hotels in same area next time.

This hotel is located very close by the famous shopping centre of Osaka--Shinsaibashi Street, and only 5 minutes walk from the subway. I stayed in the semi room, so the room is quite small for two. The best thing about Chisun Hotel Shinsaibashi is its good location, easily to travel around Osaka. And even though the room is small but they have all needed amenities in room for you. And the staffs are all friedly and helpful. They can speak english quite well. So they can help you with the direction if you need. We were satisfied with this hotel. It is completely worth the money

close to LRT station, with convenient store just rite next to the hotel, and CLEAN! a bit small...both room and bathroom. Well, this hotel is very easy to locate if you commute via the transit. Once you come out of the station, just take a right turn, and Chisun is just there, close to a convenient store. cant remember if its a 24 hr store, but i think it is. Overall, our stay was great, the room is clean, with great comfy bed! Whats more important was the access to the transit! With just a walk away to some shopping area and building, food is also highly accessible. Good place for free and easy trip! Both me and my partner will go back there if ever we are in Shinsaibashi.

Room facilities are clean and the staff are very helpful. According to the front desk, rooms with internet access require additional 1000 Yen per night. Shopping Tip : There is a wine shop in the street vorner, also operate like a supermarket, prices are reasonable.

Very close to the subway station.
Rooms were clean and of standard size for Japan
Within walking distant of some tourist/local spots for eating and shopping. No complementary breakfast which other hotels of simlar standard and costing provided during our trip This accommodation was close to subway and places of interest.
Hotel Feature Tip : Directions to get to them were fine except there is no Number 2 exit from the subway. Take 2B and the hotel will be right behind you.

really near the subway station, i can say is just above it only. the location map need to improve, is really near, but hard to find it by the hotel location map. is a very good location hotel, with just above the subway station only, the room size is not really so small, for going honey moon like me, we stil can accept the room size. and the condition of cleaning is alway up to standard, toilet equiment is full with hot water system, and automatic control.
Restaurant Tip : from the subway station, make sure to ask the neares shop, is realy near only.

Too small, Stuff(Don´t know local informations much) THis is business hotel. It was too small for two people. I guess in Japan people won´t stay at room so much. Stuff are polite but didn´t know so much about local information, for example, nice restaurant, how to get sight seeing place. But hotel is middle of downtown so easy to get anywhere.

Friendly & helpful staff with some English-speaking ones. Room is very clean and comfortable. Room is small especially the toilet. We stayed for 3 nights at the hotel from 10 Jan to 13 Jan 09. The hotel is very conveniently located with the subway station entrance/exit just in front of the hotel entrance. Easy underground shopping and the main shopping street with branded shops and alleys only 5-10 mins away.
Room is very comfortable and clean though small but it's fully equipped with the basic needs like hair-dryer and hot water. Would come back to stay if we visit Osaka again
