- Good location, just 5 minutes from Shin Osaka Shinkansen and 3 minutes from Shin Osaka subway
- Helpful staff Chisun Hotel, Shin Osaka is located in good location just 5 minutes fron Shin Osaka Shinkansen and only 3 minutes from SHin Osaka subway. This hotel is designed for business hotel and suitable from business man who spend only a night before travelling by Shinkansen or Kansai airport. You can easily travel to Osaka attractions like Osaka Castle, Shinsaibashi and Osaka Aquarium by subway. However, the room is samller than our expectation.

Rooms small but clean and confortable just 5 minutes walk from 2 subway stations and to shin-osaka rail station. an ideal starting point to visit osaka and kansai region kyoto,kobe, nara, inari. Prices in high season (end December beginning January)are reasonable and the people at front desk are really kind and available 24/7. the room was clean, a little bit small but comfortable with all amenities for a short stay
Shopping Tip : lawson, 7/11 and family mart just 1 minute walk from hotel

A bit too small for comfort. The best part is the location, only a short walk to subway and train station. There's also a 24hour Japanese fast food just across the street. And two 24-hour convenient stores just a stone's throw away. Had their breakfast too and it was not too bad. Only problem is the size of the room, it's really tiny! We had problem to even place our 2 big luggage! There's simply no more space to walk after that! If you have 2 adults plus luggage, my advice is to book a larger room with them.

It is location, location, location.
I was most happy with the address and the convenience for shopping and eateries. I find the room small otherwise everything is acceptable. I was most surprise at the convenience of this hotel and would recommend to travellers to Osaka. It is near amenities and despite the cold weather outside we enjoy it tremendously. I would strongly recommend the hotel and look forward to visiting Osaka again.

Close to the train station and\ngood rich breakfast The hotel is very well located. It is a 10 minute walk from the train station. The rooms are very tiny but clean. Staff are not so communicative. Good breakfast. The price is very reasonable to what you get. Around the hotel, there are many good restaurants of various prices and various cooking styles. Overall it is a good hotel for reasonable price and services.

We will definitely use this hotel again and in fact will be making a booking soon for our last night in Osaka.
Restaurant Tip : Make sure you make time to enjoy delicious breakfast before leaving hotel.
