- excellent location regarding public transportation
- reasonable priced
- the room they wanted to give us for 16 nights was very crampy and did not correspond with the photo's on your site: one bed only instead of two beds.
- from the agoda info we got the impression that a semi room had two beds, but it turned out it was only one bed in a very small room (for singles also). However after some telephone calls with your head office and the Japanese representative we got an 'upgrade' with two beds which was necessary for a lengthy stay of 16 nights.

Staff are not very efficient and rooms are very small
A little disappointed with the staff when we first arrived. Not sure if it is a language problem. When we got to the rooms, we were a little disappointed with the size of the rooms for a Da-ichi Hotel. Location is good in terms of shopping with Hanshin Dept store in front but the way from the station to the hotel involves a lot of stairs up and down.
Restaurant Tip : Can buy a lot of food to take back to the hotel to eat from the basement of Hanshin Dept store

We love to travel to Dai-ichi Hotel in Osaka very much, very convenience-easy to go go Kyoto Nara, Kobe. There are shoping complex under the hotel, we're enjoy traveling around Osaka. If we have a plan to go to Osaka we will be back Dai-ichi Hotel again.
Shopping Tip : Shoping is underground the hotel. You will enjoy shoping under the hotel direct to Subway and JR Osaka Station
