Located just next to the Nankai Airport train terminal, this establishment has vastly exceeded my expectation on many counts.
Having reach Osaka after my visits to Takayama & Kyoto and staying in ryokans, the bedrooms with its large beds, kitchenette and washer/dryer, were an welcome sight.
Its location is near the various train lines, shopping malls, Dotonbori shopping & eating outlet, Kuromon and Dojima markets. We did not have to worry about finding food :P.
We however were not able to get that extra bed requested to be added to our 2 bedroom suite, as the existing 1 King & 2 single beds could not take in another extra bed.
Shopping Tip:
We went Kuromon Market to do our beef & local veg for shabu shabu back at Fraser's. There's also a ValuMart located near JR Namba station. All within walking distance.

Great Location & Easy Access to Railway & Subwway

The location is near to Shopping Areas, Railway & Subway Stations. Take Airport Express to Nankai Namba, Exit Central Exit, Exit the ticket gate, turn left exit building where you will reach a traffic light. Look up and you see the apartment toward the traffic light. Stayed in a one bedroom twin beded apartment, Able to fit 2 adults and 3 small children. Bought fruit from market and there are peeler and knife to cut the fruit. Washing machine & Dryer (2 in 1) avaliable. Walking distance to Shinsabashi, Dotombori, Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street & Kuromon Market. There is a 4 storey Daiso within 10 minutes walk through the underpass. A few steps away is the Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street where there are stores of all kinds of cooking utensils and kitchen items. Can get souvenier like keychain, Maneki-neko cat ("Prosperity Cat") here, fridge magnet.
Restaurant Tip:
Across the underpass and tuirn left, There is a shop called Yayoiken with some red lanterns that sell rice set for the price of 490 Yen to 890 yen. Need to buy the food ticket from vending machine, get seated, food will be served within minutes. Ice water provided.

If you've been traveling a while in Japan and you have a couple nights in Osaka, spend the extra dollars and stay here. The rooms are large, 1 bedroom apartments with even a small kitchen area. The big plus for me was the washer/dryer unit... I left Osaka with all clean clothes after spending only 100 yen for the detergent.
It's in Namba which is a very convenient location for most of the popular spots in Osaka.

was a good place to stay & value for money when it is on discount for below sgd$ with tax. will recommand to all to stay there if you are visiting osaka,as it is close to subway & shopping malls.
great staff service & they will do everything they can to assist you in anyway. staff are friendly & can speak in english.
room facilities are great & you can even do simple cooking if you want to. room has international tv cable chaanels,which speaks in english. toilet is big & spacious.room even comes with air ionizer which you just need to start & everything is automatic. there is a fully automatic washing machine,which comes with dryer function. you can purchase the detergent at yen$ at the hotel lobby for 2 times usage. they do not sell at fabric softener & you can get from the convinent stall nearby.bed is big enough for 2 even if you are a bit big in size.
easy to access to food & train station,which is another plus piont.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Hotel even has a free spa, which I didn't have time to visit. Heard there is also a training room for people that needs to exercise. There is also a hotel resturant downstairs if you want easy access to food.

We spent 3 nights at the Fraser Residences. The room is very comfortable and a decent size. The room had everything you could need including a washer/dryer.
The staff were friendly and helpful. If you hire bicycles during your stay there is free parking at the back of the building.
Breakfast may not be to everyone's taste but it is better than nothing and more western than many other hotel breakfasts.
We would definetly stay here again. It is right across the road from Namba station and only a short walk or bike ride from Dotonburi area.
Restaurant Tip:
Venture into the alleys around Dotonburi and you'll find great little restaurants.

It is a nice place when you travelling Osaka, very close to Nanba station and easy to find. We stayed at a room with kitcen and living room with a king size bed, loved its worming atomsphere and nice breakfast. Definatly a good choice!

firstly, had difficulty finding hotel, as i missed the right exit from namba station, late at night. taking the wrong station exit in osaka is critical. however, i called the hotel & somebody actually came out & collected me.
had a one bedroom room on the 13th floor booked with agoda. well appointed with new equipment, sofa, kitchen, 2 tvs, iron, safe - in fact everything you could possibly need. slippers, pyjamas, washer / dryer.
free wifi throughout the building.
the bathroom was a kind of plastic cubical & felt functional rather than "luxurious". mind you, lovely heated seat on the wc complete with bottom washer.....unusual facility for a westerner to use !
they changed all the bedding, pyjamas & towels every day - whether you wanted it or not.
staff extremely helpful & friendly. complimentary breakfast ( basic) provided.
