Fraser Residence Nankai Osaka is by far, the best apartment I've ever stayed! The apt itself is very spacious and very clean! The bed are comfortable and the closet is very private. Whatever you need in an apartment, this is good and sufficient enough! However, they can improve on the breakfast menu.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
many malls around this area within walking distance so do ask the reception for them.

Great location! If you are flying in via Kansai International Airport, it is about 30 to 40min train ride on Nankai airport express to Namba station which is next to the hotel. Getting around also very easy as Namba station is major having 3 subway lines for getting around Oasaka, JR line and also train to Kyoto, Kobe, Nara. There are also major shopping centres eg Takashimaya and also shopping strips around.
Great Services! Staff are friendly and provide advices on popular eateries and places to eat. They even help to check operation hours of the places of interests as the websites are in japanese.
Decent Room! Room is clean and comfort. There is also kitchen inside with utensils and cooking wares, washing machine and microwave. Useful if you want to heat up foods from the supermarket.

We arrived in Osaka-Kansai at 11.30 pm and it was such a breeze to locate the hotel from Namba station as there were signages leading to the hotel. Front desk was already expecting us as we have sent an email on the delayed flight earlier. Non-intrusive and yet service oriented front desk personnel throughout our stay. The housekeeping needs to be complimented as it was perfect every day. We stayed for 5 nights eventually and the washing machine comes in really handy. Really good location as it's less than 3 mins walk to the train station. For about the same price as Swissotel (which is above the train station), Fraser is definitely a better choice with the faculties in the room!
