i don't like nightlife so in hotel location is full of bars pub Location is good, it is near famous place like Nanba and Shinsaibashi. but the hotel's Map is very poor so i have to ask everyone to get there.i do not know others but i took laptop but in my room internet did not work so i was bored and i had to pay for internet at lobby for 10 min/ 100 Yen. The staffs are o.k. The room is good and clean. near hotel has 7-11 so it's comfortable to buy food and drink.
Shopping Tip : This hotel is near Shinsaibashi and Namba so you can get there by walk. it's comfortable.

Very happy with their service, and recommended as we were budget travellers and got more than we expected!We only stayed two nights but felt very relaxed and comfortable here!
Nightlife Tip : We arrived on a Monday night but the area was still buzzing like a normal Friday night back home! Bars were welcoming and still kicking on past midnight! But not much clubs and dancing around, more bars, or karaoke places and gentlemen's leisure.

Although the room is quite old but very clean and comfortable and complete facilities. The sign of the Hotel (in English) is not quite outstanding and may not very easy to notice. In general, it is a good hotel.
