great location, good service, very clean and presentable property.

My mum and I stayed at Hotel Hanshin recently. It was our first visit to Japan and Osaka was our first stop. We were both pleasantly surprised at how convenient the hotel was to public transport and were suitably impressed with the room - it was spacious and clean. We didn't use the onsen bath, but next time I probably would. It's a good selling point to have onsen facilities in the hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : very close to Symphony Hall
