Great location, clean but small room and difficult to find (should be write hotel's name in English on the top of hotel building). I agree with this. I ask a local person, otherwise I was not able to find it even if I have the map with me.

Shopping Tip:
Osaka City Station - can go shop like crazy.

Good location, but rooms are quite small

Stayed for 5 nights, hotel is few minutes walking away from the JR station and subway. Convenient if you are going outside Osaka everyday. The Umeda area has a lot of good shopping and food places too. Outside of the hotel there are 3 convenient stores that open 24h too!

The hotel is close to chayamachi where there is possible to do some shopping. There's especially a big bookstore close to the hotel. The room was quite small and if you wanted to use wifi, you would have to pay extra. If you have laptop, you can use internet for free with a LAN-cord.

I didn't expect too much at first because of the price and location. But it totally changed our mind after we arrived there. We thought it gonna be like normal business hotel in Japan with small room and poor conditions. But once you walk into the lobby. I'm sure you will be surprise by the bright open space and lovely smell. Very clean and tidy room. We thought the hotel is a bit far from center Umeda area... but actually it's walk able distance to area unless you still prefer to take the subway which just one station away from Umeda station... I'll love to stay ther again when I visit Osaka for sure!!!

Hotel is new and clean. It would be good to have free wireless as I have to pay for 3500 yen for 7 nights for wifi. Pillow too hard, should have some spare soft pillow, I ended up have to fold the towel and sleep, the hard pillow or towel pillow made me headache, but I will book this hotel again as it's very convenient to travel from here to kyoto or kobe.
Restaurant Tip:
This is the best place to get good choice of food. Osaka food is the best in Japan.

Hotel provide free wifi only at the lobby, but don't worry there are enough seats with tables at the lobby. The staff will provide us map, to and from the hotel, to visit the surroundings. No free wifi in the room. Bathroom is clean. Tap water is drinkable. But my teenage sons prefer to try the vending machine which is located just in front of the elevator on every floor.
Hotel Feature Tip:
The hotel is not easy to find, hint : when getting out from Nakatsu Station, go out at exit 1. You will see Ramada Hotel. Cross the street towards Ramada. Quickly walk to the left just in front of Ramada. First intersection turn right. At the corner of the intersection, there is a "take away" food stall which is good for your food choice. This is the street towards the hotel. Seven Eleven on the left and Family Mart on the right. Not more than 50 meters after Seven Eleven is the hotel.

Nice room
Deco of the room was nice. Place was clean. Hotel room provided recoomendations for food.

The hotel is a little far from the railway stations so it may not be suitable if you plan to bring a heavy luggage. Also, as we were there during winter, the walk from the station to the hotel was really cold. The deco of the room was really nice and the place was clean and comfortable though. Our room had a folder with handwritten recommendations of food in the vicinity of the hotel. Very thoughtful on the hotel's part. We tried the ramen and the takoyaki and it was delicious. Overall, I would probably stay here again as this hotel looked nicer than the other hotels I could find.

You can try out the restaurants recommended by the hotel, especially if you do not want to travel far for food.
