Tak K. Couples United Kingdom, July 19, 2011	Clean small convenient near shinsaibashi 7.3 Very clean, good location, 5 min to metro,Difficult to find on the first night. Have to consult taxi driver as its main entrance is not on main street. Next day, fine. Small but value for price paid.

Families with older children Australia, July 16, 2011	Great hotel in an ideal location Location, 8.7 our stay at hearton hotel minami senba was a wonderful experience. the rooms were very clear, the staff were very friendly and the facilities were very reliable. the location was also very convenient. a minutes' walk from the hotel and you were in a shopping arcade which stretched for probably two to three kilometres. the shops in this arcade were very good too; such as restaurants, souvenirs and clothing. the hotel is also on the same subway line as the shin-osaka (bullet train) station and is located very close to a subway station (shinsaibashi station - red line). the room was a decent size and fit three people well. the bathroom was very clean and the television was an lcd which is not always the case in some hotels in western countries. the price was very good, but keep in mind that we travelled in july 2011 which is only a few months after the tsunami and nuclear fallout. Restaurant Tip: lunch time deals are a plenty around this hotel. walk towards the mcdonald's which is in a northern direction (but before the mcdonald's) in the long arcade of shops. after a few intersections, there is a restaurant which is pretty cool. it'll be on the right hand side. in this restaurant, you walk in and you pick the type of noodles you want, they serve it right in front of you and you then proceed to pick your choice of tempura sides such as tempura fish, fried vegetables, sausage and others. a bowl of noodles only costs about 6-7 australian bucks with everything i needed.

There is a computer room at the lobby which has 4 destop computers and printing facilities at 20yen per page (only black and white printing available) Shopping Tip: The hotel is closest to the north5 exit of the Crystal underground street

Couples Australia, June 30, 2011	Great location but tiny room Friendliness of the staff & the cleanliness. 8.7 we have stayed at this hotel before & do so because of the location. it is easily accessible form the airport & has a great shopping street nearby with loads of places to eat. the staff are friendly & apart from the small room it is very clean. Shopping Tip: 2 minute walk to a shopping street with everything you could want.

Clean room at good location and very good price. 8 We stayed 5 nites at the smoking room at 10/F but no unpleasant smell were found. Everyday, we when out at 10am and back at midnight, all we need is the bathroom and a clean bed. We couldn't found anywhere offering a better deal like Hearton, not even the hostel. The staffs at front desk are helpful but with very poor English, which I believed that's very normal in Japan even in the Universal Studio. The free computer center located at the ground floor makes it convenience to all travelers while we don't have to bring our laptop. I will definitely stay here again. Sightseeing/Attractions Tip: Only 2 mins walking from exit 5 of the underground walking. If you are taking the 南海空港 team from Airport, do consider to make the subway transfer at 天下茶屋 to 長堀橋. Making transfer at 難波 is a headache, especially while you have your luggage with you.
Janson L. Couples Australia, June 16, 2011	Enjoyed our stay Checkout time, location 7.7 I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights whilst in Osaka. It was chosen because of its proximity to Dotonbori and its relatively short walk from Shinsaibashi station. The hotel was your typical Japanese hotel room, small but adequate and good service. How this hotel separated from the rest was its checkout time of 12pm. This was very convenient, as well as the English competency of the staff.

Good Location, Comfy Rooms 8.3 stayed alone in the semi double room. just perfect for 1 pax. would be a little small for 2 people. clean and comfortable bed. good water pressure for the shower head. minimal fuss room. don't expect a good welcome from the hotel staff, they did their work well though. that didn't matter much to me though. i would stay there again! Hotel Feature Tip: remember to exit from exit 1 of shinsaibashi station. it's a short distance walk to the hotel, which is hidden on the other road. ask for directions if nt sure. i was lost on the first day, but manage to find it without a problem once i know where it was.
