I didn't like this hotel. First of all, it was a bit difficult to find. I took the metro to Shinsaibashi station and walked a few blocks on a main road, then I had to walk 2 blocks in the dark, which was a bit uncomfortable. I know it is Japan, but as a female solo traveler, it stills feels weird.
The hotel was dirty. The rooms were dirty actually. Atl least mine was. There was a hair in the bathroom. The duvet looked dirty too. So did the carpet.
Breakfast was more oriented to a Japanese public. I tried the Japanese breakfast because I was curious. It is something you should do at least once. For Western customers, there are eggs, bread, some pastries, sausage.... Yogurt.....Juices. The tea was really good, the best thing I got at this hotel.
Wifi works only in the lobby, which is inconvenient.
I would not stay here again, although it is not entirely bad.

Our experience was so so. First the room was very small. Second the room recked of cigarette smoke. Third we had zero view. Fourth, the breakfast eggs were cold. Fifth, hotel seemed depressed, although it was New Year's Day and they might have been hungover. I think I could have done better in choosing a hotel. At least it was pretty cheap, but cheap is cheap.

Small room but have everything you need

Although it's at the centre of the Shinsaibashi city,it takes about 10min to walk from the Shinsaibashi station. However,you can still access via the underground shopping street(crystal nagabori) that makes you feel better when walking.
The room is small,but have everything you need,and it's clean.
Shopping Tip:
There is a very long shopping street called Shinsaibashi Suji shoutengai that you can spend almost a day with.

The location cannot be better, the hotel is nice and the rooms are small but efficient. It is great for business or pleasure. The train station is very close and shops, food and sights are around the corner.
