Great Location
Small and complete hotel. Very nice location and walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping area and dotonbori food area.

It was a nice 3 days stay for me. Just a place that one would look for nearby a happening location such as americamura, shinsaibashi and dotonbori. Most of all it's accessible via a closeby subway station. No complains about the hotel except for heavy cigarette smell in the room. Possibly for my unit only. Not sure about the rest
Shopping Tip:
Shinsaibashi area is a very good shopping spot. It's good to stay in a closeby area to a shopping area. And also important to see if it's near a subway station considering the fact that u will go hotel hunting pulling your luggage around. Plan your trip properly before making your trip there. Find out where u want to shop and visit and how to make your way around before booking a hotel.

good location but small room

I have spend 7 days in this hotel, pretty good experience, very good location. near the shopping street and also located to one of the call shinshabashi subway station , hence 5 mins of walking distances! There also a lot of good and delicious foods around our hotel and it is highly recommanded to stay at this small and clean hotel.

the hotel is located very near to shopping street and also near to shinsaibashi subway station. although the hotel room is very clean but the bed is slightly smaller then our queen size bed. outside our hotel room, they do provide vending machine for selling soft drink and beers and the machine do provide free ice cube for all the guests!

Good location and value for money
Ideally located within walking distance to nearby shopping areas - Shinsaibashi, Gotonburi, Kuromon Market, Den Den Town, subway and train station. Less than an hour train ride to nearby Kyoto and Kobe town.

We are very satisfied with our stay at Hearton Hotel, Shinsaibashi. Staff are friendly and helpful. Able to speak and understand English. Rooms are small but clean. Will definitely stay back at this hotel again on our next visit.

hotel hearton shinsaibashi lives up to its great reviews in most travel forum especially on the 'perfect' location within the heart of shinsaibashi. convenient to the trains and shopping attractions in the area, the hotel is highly recommended to future travelers. everything is just a walking distance away.
hotel service is good and the front desk staff speaks reasonably good english. the fact that the reception is open 24hours and the late cehcek out (noon) as to compare to the other hotels in the same range is extremely attractive to a traveler like me.
this hotel is highly recommended! will definitely stay there again.

Centre point for food & shopping

This was my first free & easy holiday trip in Japan on our own. We were lucky to get into this hotel where the staff can speak English They were efficient and helpful in showing us the directions of our destinations & food. It is located where food & shopping is just 2 mins walk. Eventhough the room is quite small, I will still recommend it to others. Thank you for our pleasant stay in Japan.

We booked twin rooms from Agoda when it was on sale and it proved to be a very good deal. Location was great, room size was satisfactory and it was well equipped with everything we would require. There is no restaurant onsite but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby so it wasn't an issue. Overall a very satisfying stay and I will consider staying there again if I return to Osaka.
Restaurant Tip:
Head to the basement food hall at Daimaru Department Store for a great variety of food (sashimi, sushi, bento etc are all available) with discounts available from the evening up til closing. One thing to note is there isn't seating available so we just bought food back to the hotel.

Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Purchase Kenitsu 5 days Wide Pass which would enable you to visit Koyto, Izu, Nagoya,and Nara and part of Osaka area.
