Wonderful location, clean and tidy rooms that were not unexpectedly smaller given we were in Japan, but still easily fit 2 large suitcases with room to move around.
Great location, 5 mins walk to Shinsabashi subway station. Shopping strip steps away, and less than 10mins walk to eating area of Dontonburi.

It was recommanded by my friend that is why I selected Hearton Shinsaibashi. When I booked online from 30/4 - 2/5 2 Semi Double Rooms with no smoking, but when we arrived Osaka on the 1/5 reached the hotel aprox.10am. The staff was refused to released the rooms,after explained to her, she gave us two rooms 416 and 417 with very strong criggret smell. The reason from the staff :- Agent never informed hotel. After all the fuss,the staff has put us in 2 single rooms about 10.30am. Ps charged 1/5 as half day rate, and amend the room rate from Semi Double to Single during my stay (30/4-2/5 and 6/5-8/5)

Excellent location, value for money, comfort. Clean cosy room with all the essential facilities present. Hotel staff were very friendly with basic command of English. Hotel is at a quiet location, yet just a few minutes walk away from the bustling shinsaibashi district.

Nothing was exceptional about the hotel except for being centrally located. Room was very small as most hotels in japan are. The building is rather old but still clean. Only complaint was that the room was very warm at night as we ccannot adjust the temperatures. Try the cafe downstairs for some coffee to start your day
