great location, excellent staff very friendly and the size of the beds are excellent
nothing complementary, as an australian it is very weird for us to have to pay to use the hotel gym and spa. Internet use is expensive as is the laundry service.
Great location directly in the centre of Osaka 2 min walk from Osaka station. Very friendly staff willing to assist at every opportunity however having to pay for use of the hotel gym and spa and internet use is a little disappointing. bed size for tall Westerners is excellent.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The harbour town, aquarium, osaka castle and dotombori are all must sees in Osaka, with easy access on the JR loop line.

This hotel was the most luxurious we stayed in whilst in Japan but we got it for the price of a less expensive one. it was a bargain. The room was what we expected for a triple - a queen-size bed and a single. The only hotel in Japan where my husband and I were able to share a bed when we order a room for 3 people! It was a good-sized room for a Japanese hotel with room to move around despite our luggage. on every issue, this hotel excelled. It was close to train station, shops and local sights. Food was excellent as was the service.
I would recommend this hotel to any visitors to Japan. The room rate was very competitive and I expected to pay much more for this hotel. it was a real bargain for its star rating. I enjoyed our night time spent there and found the staff exceptional. we had no trouble being understood as most staff spoke English. I found that thie whole atmosphere in this hotel was positive, friendly and hospitable. I'd love to stay there again.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel restaurant cuisine was excellent.

All hotel staffs are polite and helpful.
Hotel facilities are good and no any disturb by the hotel employees but it is quick to response upon your request. At the reception all staffs are capable to answer my questions or direct me to the right channel immediately.
Haven't paid much attention to the hotel facilities information hence pro-active indication will draw the attention of the guest and get proper utilization.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Hotel next to railway station (about 2 mins walk) and close to the underground shopping center (should not more than 5 minutes walk). Better seek for indications from hotel front desk at the first day to avoid confusion.
