All the rooms at the Claiton Shin Osaka Hotel are tastefully decorated and feature plasma TV, high speed internet and en-suite bathroom. Facilities include an in-house salon, lively bar and all visitors should experience the popular lunch and dinner buffets served at the exclusive hotel restaurant Rivage.

Very courteous staff, a great breakfast included in the tariff, handy location not far from Shin Osaka station, free internet in the lobby.

We really liked this hotel..we stayed for 2 nights when we arrived & for 3 nights when we were leaving. It was a little hard to find at first but a very nice young man took us right to the door. The rooms are quaint but are very clean and have everything that you need. The breakfast is very good. The staff at the front desk don't all speak a lot of English but they are very helpful and friendly...go out of their way to assist. All in all, a great hotel.....we would stay there again!

Restaurant Tip : There's a lot of places to eat between the hotel and Shin Osaka Station.

The hotel provide one of the best breakfast among the 3 hotels i stayed in Japan.

It took us a while before we found the hotel. As we could not find any signage put up along the main road, we only managed to locate the hotel after asking for direction. The bed is not v.comfortable and there are some stains on the blanket

Take exit #2 from the subway stn and turn right. You should walked pass two convenient store before making another right turn. The hotel is located next to the railway track. The check in a and check out is pretty fast and the hotel concierge were polite. Note that you would need to transfer using the subway line (one station away) after getting off at shin-Osaka to reach the hotel. So it may be alittle inconvenient if you plan to check out places nearby Osaka using the JR as there's additional transfer.
