Craig S. Couples United States of America, May 15, 2011	Nice hotel but a bit pricey Location, service, rooms 8.3 They initially booked us into a smoking room, but quickly found us a non-smoking room. Unfortunately, the bilingual TV function wasn't working: You had to listen to English and Japanese simultaneously on CNN. When we asked the front desk what we were doing wrong, they explained that the bilingual function on ALL the Panasonic TVs on certain floors were not working at this time, and they were trying to fix the problem. When I politely complained about this, they unbelievably upgraded us to the Presidential Suite! One other note: Breakfast was not included (we had incorrectly assumed that it was given the price).

Business travelers United Kingdom, October 07, 2010	Hotel Hankyu International large bedrooms, good customer service 8 Great hotel, excellent customer service and a short journey from Shin Osaka station. Large, comfortable well equipped rooms and in a very convenient location within walking distance to the train station with numerous restaurants and bars a stones throw away. Very much enjoyed my stay in this hotel,and would recommend this to business travellers.
