hotel location is very good. Right next to subway.
Japanese style rooms with beautiful corridor
7.7
Green Tea and Kimonos are provided. Toilet seat are heated so one wouldn't get chilled at any time especially if its winter. Walking distance to shopping malls like Takashimaya. However, the hotel TV programs are in Japanese and so lack of entertainment and the furnitures are old.
Restaurant Tip:
watch out for the additonal charge when you order set meal on manual. You have to pay extra for ordering Beef so your total spending will be out by at least 800 Yen before tax

Best stay ever in Osaka
Lovely and spacious Ryokan room
7
We had a large, ryokan-style room all to ourselves, with a large, private and modern bathroom. In the evening the housekeepers will set up the futon mattresses for us to sleep in. Because we are two very small ladies, it was comfortable sleeping on the futon bedding. The location is fantastic as well, right beside Namba subway station, with the bus stop to Itami airport right outside. Nearby were takashimaya, shopping streets, marui etc. I wouldn't mind staying here again if I'm ever back in Osaka.

Great location but a little bit old
Very close to Namba stations (Nankai, metro), polite and nice staff, twin room is huge
8.3
The hotel is very convenient with 1 min walk to Nankai station and just next to metro exit.
Staff is friendly and can talk in English.
Room is large but the interior looks old.
The twin room actually may be an emergency exit in case but it's not a problem to us.
Close to malls like 0101 and shopping streets like Namba Walk and it's good if u like shopping.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Need to keep the room key at counter when getting out.

When get off train walking across the street, the hotel is there.
There are many shopping malls, nice restuarants and bar nearby.
For the room, it is clean and comfortable. very reasonable price compared with other hotels in osaka.

Hotel with great location and a feel of Japanese s
7.3
It is my first time to travel in Osaka, so a convenient location is very important in my trip. The hotel is so easy to find, just a few minutes from the station. The department stores are just the opposite of the hotel; also the famous shopping streets, restaurants is just in a walkable distance, so you can access to those location very easily.
Although there is not much facility offered from the hotel, but the service is quite good and it is also my first time to try the Japanese style mat-bed.

Great Location
Traditional Japanese Style room
6.3
I would say this hotel was not to my liking, tho' the room was clean and tidy, however the room security made me feel we were not very safe as the door looks like very easy to be opened by others. I would say there is no sound-prove as it's easy to hear next door and the sound from outside. Location is a plus, it's right at the heart of Namba, you may find a lot of shopping malls and restaurants right next to you. Approximately 5 mins walk to the train station, and you could get to other places very easily.

Great location and large room
Staff are nice and near to MTR station
7
The staff in hotel are helpful. Rooms are tidy as well as large but a little bit old. Facilities in the room are well prepared and good. For the location, it's quite near to the namba station, say arround 10 minutes walking by foot. So it's a quite convenient and surprised hotel.

Great hotel and excellent location!
Loved the beds, really comfortable futon and doona. Hotel was very clean and bathroom was great!
8.3
Right in the heart of Namba and less then 10 minute walk to Dotonbori or Shinsaibashi shopping arcade! Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!
Restaurant Tip:
Be aware that many restaurants don't open until 10-11am. Recommend the japanese style rooms

Very good experience!!
very good room. really have a taste of "ryokan".

We walked very tiredly from Kyoto station to the hotel... We then entered the hotel from the elevator from the ground floor. There was no one receiving us at the entrance. But... after we went up for the check-in, my feeling went the other way round. The decoration and design is really worth being there. Moreover, once you enter the room, especially for the first-timer, i was surprised of the different feeling from the european room style. It is really worth staying there.
The location is also very good. Just 5 minutes from the walking street. And 5 minutes from the train station to go Airport.
Thank you very much for recommending this hotel for me

the hotel is close to metro station and easy to find, the staff is very nice and helpful, the room is very beautiful, the lighting of the room is too dark, the wifi connection is too weak, beds are comfortable and the room is clean, there are many restaurants around the hotel.
