good location, few blocks from the train station and the subway to the airport.
free internet rooms are small and a bit shabby.
didn't understand much English. They wanted to charge me more than double the price I had paid for the room to get a 3rd person in. I ended up getting her a separate room, it was cheaper Great location, fairly clean, I would stay here again.
Restaurant Tip : Try the octopus balls. they are sold on the street, a regional dish and oh so good.

Everything that we need is in that hotel and made our stay very convenient. The hotel is clean and the staff are aware of our needs. I will stay at Il Coure Hotel, when I go back to Osaka.
Shopping Tip : The shopping area is very accessible to the hotel, not to mention all the nearby restaurants.

Excellent location. Good coffee & free internet at lobby The hotel was located in the area that we could easily proceed to underground, restaurants and shopping area. It provided free luggage storage. The room was small but it was normal in Japan. The free coffee & internet at lobby were great and convenient especially when you did not bring your laptop with you during the trip. It is highly recommended and will definitely my choice for my next visit.

Clean, new decor. Good quality breakfast without the exhorbitant prices charged by some hotels. Free tea and coffee. Free internet. Laundromat. Helpful staff. Difficult to find. They need a detailed map and probably a map of Namba station to accompany it. I couldn't work out which was the correct exit and how to get there. Although the hotel was tucked away in a bit of a backstreet, inside was more like an international hotel. Definitely a cut above other business hotels, with a fashionable new decor, free internet and free tea and coffee. The optional breakfast was also great: quite a reasonable buffet at a competitively low price. The only advice I'd give is to get a detailed map before going. It's very close to Namba station and close to the Nankai line. However, it's almost impossible to find from the JR lines. Having said this, it will be my first choice the next time I stay in Osaka.
Hotel Feature Tip : This hotel is very convenient if you are going straight to Kansai International Airport. You can leave your luggage there and then it's only a five minute walk to the Nankai line platform where you can catch a direct train

very quiet hotel, clean rooms with all equipement and materials needed. Nice coffee in the counter and free internet (no need to bring your own laptop). Hotel staff was frindly and helpfull. English sometimes weak but with some improvisation enough to get the information you need. Namba is a nice place for restaurants and traveling. Rooms a bit small. No English newspaper. We stayed 6 nights in this hotel and would book it again. Two minutes from Namba station from which it is easy to travel to Kyoto and Nara. The hotel has travel infromation in English. Not all ATM's accepted my bank-card. There is a 24-hour shop 200 meters left from the hotel where I could get cash. Japan is a real cash country. Breakfast is 1000 Yen. That is cheap if you realise that a good coffee cost 300 to more than 400 Yen.
Restaurant Tip : Just walk around and go inside the smaler restarants. You will like it. Staff is frindly and there are photo's you can point at. Drinks are quite expensive. Most locals only drink the free thee.

Excellent location, helpful staff, clean and well maintained This is an excellent hotel to stay at in Osaka. It has a great location and is good value. The only problem is finding it, and it needs a good map on their web site. This is especially so if you are using a JR pass and come in to the JR Namba station. If you get to Takashimaya and ask you might be ok.

Helpful staff, very clean and super convenient. A nice place to stay. Needs a good map on the site as hard to find. Really enjoyed staying here. Just a bit hard to find, especially if you are using a JR pass and come to JR Namba. There is a maze of shops etc. and it is very confusing. Much easier to take the steps up immediately after you exit the station turnstiles. You will see in front and above you the elevated road. Follow it around to the right, and when it forks continue following the road around to the right (the elevated road that is-not the ground level one). After about 10 minutes walk you will come to a big intersection, with Takashimaya Dept. store to your front left. If you look up here, your should be able to see the hotel sign to your front right. Only a minute or two from there. Good luck-worth looking for though as it is an excellent place to stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : American Mura is worth a trip to see the fashion tragics!

good breakfast, nice ambiance, helpful staff. difficult to secure non-smoking rooms for double occupancy. This hotel has great ambiance, modern look and clean lobby area. There is free coffee, tea and internet access in the lobby as well as comfortable lounging area to rendezvous with other travelers. Most of the staff spoke English well and were very helpful and courteous. The location of the hotel is walking distance to the Dotonbori shopping area and near the Namba subway and JR lines. If you are sensitive to cigarette smoke check your reservation ahead of time. We were told that all semi-double occupancy rooms are only located on smoking floors. The room as well as the hallways smelled of stale cigarette smoke which was a disappointment.

Nice neighborhood, Lots of activities nearby, Really nice staff A little hard to find, walked by twice, before spotted it, maybe my fault. Really near to Namba station. Nearby are a lot of shops and food places. Also the interior of city is pleasant - took a midnight walk around the block and it was really beautiful. The service was really quick and pleasant. No problems at all. The only thing was that the elevators are not working after 10 o'clock without the room card(and you only have one), so when you go out after that and your partner wants to stay in, it can be inconvenient to get back into the room.

Staff were very helpful considering we had limited Japanese language knowledge! Beds were nice and wide (a little hard, but surprisingly didn't worry us too much). Being able to open the big window allowed for fresh air to circulate as the rooms do smell of cigarette smoke. But definitely would stay there again as it is so central to Namba station making sightseeing easy. Just the smoke smell in the room, but opening the window alleviated that. Tiny older style bathroom, cigarette smell throughout Hotel. We stayed here for 4 nights and thought the location was great. A little disappointment that it said that breakfast was complimentary when it actually wasn't. The room was clean, but like most Japanese hotel rooms, it was small, but comfortable. The Bathroom was tiny, one person can barely fit in there. We had BBC and some movie channels (find the Language button). The location was great, it is near Namba station which is very close to the main eating and shopping area.

If you arrive by train at Namba station, get off at Exit 5, cross the road, and the hotel is just 2 minutes away.
