Sharen A. Couples Australia, January 24, 2013	Good value and handy location Right near 3 major rail stations so great for getting around 6.3 This hotel is really just good value in a great location. Otherwise it's just average, smallish rooms, no public area to sit or meet unless you go to the cafe and order overpriced food and drink. The pillows are the most uncomfortable I've ever had, even the "softer" pillows are still hard. Travel tip: Ask for the softer or Western style pillow
Patricia S. Groups Netherlands, October 07, 2012	Helpfull staff, hard pillows Right next to Kiobashi station (take main exit) 7.7 We stayed at this hotel for 1 night. We booked smoking room, although we are both non-smokers, because according to the website there were no non-smoking rooms left. After arrival in the hotel, we asked the staff if a non-smoking room was available, and this was arranged without any problem. English of the staff was also quite good. The rooms are small, but not smaller than other hotels we visited. However, we could feel the springs coming through the mattress, and the pillows were very hard, the kind with the grains in them. So we didn't really like the bed. Rest of the room was okay. Biggest selling point for this hotel is its location; right next to Kiobashi station. Take the main exit (I believe it was north) and follow the signs of the hotel. We got a discount on our stay, because there was construction going on at the lobby. But since our room was at the 10th floor, we never experienced any inconvenience. We did not have dinner or breakfast at the hotel. Hotel Feature Tip: Follow the signs to the hotel once arrived at Kiobashi station. Hotel reception is on the 7th floor.

At the station 7.3 Rooms are old and a bit tired but the location on the Keihan line makes it good for those who need to travel in the vicinity. Staff were really friendly and helpful and English was very good
