Couples Canada, September 16, 2011	small hotel and small room very close to city center 6 very good service, but small rooms! the staff are super nice and helpful, they can simple English but always willing to help! hotel is at good location and close everything! lots of restaurants nearby, but a bit pricey!

We chose the japanese style room because we didn't want to spend the night in western style while in Japan. It was very hard to find the hotel and I recommend you study the (hotel) website well for instructions. Location is very good, but it's impossible to find it without instructions. The location is not very good for families as the streets nearby are packed with bars and shop not suitable for children. Room itself was spotless, bathroom rather small and staff was very friendly - like always in Japan. Hotel Feature Tip: Study the map beforehand - it's quite hard to find the hotel.

Solo travelers Australia, March 15, 2011	would recommend this hotel to anyone good room, good location, good staff 9 This hotel was walking distance from airport and railway transport services, it was clean, it had good staff, location was good, and it was very clean. It was well set out and a bigger room than what I had expected. I have visited Japan often and would recommend this hotel as one of the best accommodation experiences. Restaurant Tip: this hotel has many good restaurants very close and has a variety of convenience stores within easy walking distance. The octopus ball restaurant almost next door should not be missed.
