I stayed at Hotel Kinki with my mother and brother. We chose the japanese style room because we didn't want to spend the night in western style while in Japan. It was very hard to find the hotel and I recommend you study the (hotel) website well for instructions. Location is very good, but it's impossible to find it without instructions. The location is not very good for families as the streets nearby are packed with bars and shop not suitable for children.
Room itself was spotless, bathroom rather small and staff was very friendly - like always in Japan.
Hotel Feature Tip:
Study the map beforehand - it's quite hard to find the hotel.

This hotel was walking distance from airport and railway transport services, it was clean, it had good staff, location was good, and it was very clean. It was well set out and a bigger room than what I had expected. I have visited Japan often and would recommend this hotel as one of the best accommodation experiences.
Restaurant Tip:
this hotel has many good restaurants very close and has a variety of convenience stores within easy walking distance. The octopus ball restaurant almost next door should not be missed.

This hotel is very friendly, rooms quite small for 3 people but we didn't stay in the rooms all that much anyway.
The staff were very helpful and spoke English very well. They kept some items for me that I had left behind which I collected several days later. Free internet downstairs is a plus because more expensive hotels charge a fee.
Very close walking distance to JR lines.
Overall a very comfortable stay.
Travel tip:
many food places just outside the hotel.
Pillows are too hard.

This hotel provides good friendly service but lacks in wifi. The rooms are typically small and not very sound proof as music from other rooms are easily hear.
The location of the hotel has many places to eat around the area.
Train station are 10-15 min walking distance.

clean rooms, nice hotel but the pictures online at agoda are misleading. the rooms are tiny and the beautiful rooms are not available under the cheapest room option. otherwise it is a good, clean hotel with good bathrooms. the area is really good as it is located in the middle of one of the main food shopping streets of osaka, where karaoke bars and many japanese restaurants are.

For the price that we got it, it was a great stay. When we asked to stay another night we were quoted for a twin room.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip:
Kyoto is a lot better then Osaka.

I was first a bit disappointed since I could not find the Hotel easily from the Airport limousine stop near the Osaka station. Yet, once I found it I instantly fell in love with the hotel environment and friendly staff. Foods around the corner were excellent. Takoyaki Food stall was my favorite. I stayed at the Hotel for 2 nites then left to travel around the other cities in Japan. The day before I flew back home to Indonesia, I went back to Osaka and decided to stay at Hotel Kinki again. I expected to enjoy my last Takoyaki in Japan, but unfortunately the stall was close for a Holiday.
