Disadvantage: luggage service in the hotel is not good. We planned to go to kyoto for a day trip and would like to deposit our luggage (two checkin size luggage and 4 shopping bags)for 24 hours. However, the staff said the luggage cannot be deposited for overnight. We need to use locker at train station

There is a subway station under the hotel, it is walking distance to shinsaibashi shopping area and it is a beautiful hotel.

The staffs are friendly and helpful to guide us to our destination. The room is clean and comfortable. The location is so great which only 3 minutes to the JR station and 15 minutes to shinsaibashi. I will recommend this hotel to whoever visits osaka in the future.

I think staff is not well-trained. Check in: need to take a long time. we used almost 20 mins to check in, and this is unacceptable, and the first time for us.
But hardware is good as well, such as Wifi provided in room, big room with reasonable price.
