I am very impressed by the size of the room (very large and clean) I cannot see any weakness with this hotel. This is the best hotel I have ever stayed in Japan. Wide bedroom with very clean bathroom. Conveniently located within 3 mins walk from the JR station. Staff speak Englisn and are very courteous and helpful (they even lend you umbrellas wthen it is raining). Breakfast at the hotel restaurant is excellent with a good choice of Western and Japanese meals.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : The Osaka Castle is just behind the hotel and the hotel provides free guided tours if booked in advance.

Comfortable bed, good bathroom size, buffet breakfast is above average and with many choices Nothing around the hotel, only one bus (depart @ 13:10) to Kansai airport Arriving hotel with luggage will be a challenge. You need to climb down the stairs of JR station. There is no shops around the hotel except one 7-Eleven store. Overall it is nice but if you enjoy night life, maybe not a place you should stay.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Near the Osaka Castle garden but nothing else around the hotel.
