Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport, Osaka

Thie hotel is conveniently located.Room size is good and clean. the hotel restaurant is excellent with good choice of Western and Japanese breakfast. Staff speak English and very helpful.There is a convenience shop located between the airport and the hotel for those who would like to get milk for their coffee. The hotel only provides Japanese tea in the room. Need to bring in your own coffee and milk.

As we were travelling with two young children and arriving at Kansai Airport at night, we didn't want to drag the kids or our luggages into Osaka City. The decision was simple, find a good hotel near the airport. As mentioned by many already, this hotel is within 10 mins walking distance (with kids and luggage) inside the airport terminal. We stayed in a standard twin room which was very comfortable and surprisingly large, it even contained a sofa bed which was a pleasant surprise. It was also very quiet, no plane noises at all. Our package also included the buffet breakfast so it was really good value as the breakfast was quite good with a mix of Japanese and western style foods. The selection of fruits only contained bananas, pineapples, oranges and grapefruits but they were all very sweet and good quality. I would definitely stay at the Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport again.

The staff was very accomodating as I arrived at 0900 and checkin was afternoon. They stored my bags without problem. Staff very professional and pleasant, room very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was wonderful (I enjoy Japanese breakfast and it was well done). How convenient to be at the airport--no transfer. What I expected from a Nikko Hotel. Arigato.
