Best location and terrific view.
I along with 4 friends stayed here in a triple bed and a double bed room. Wonderful experience. Totally satisfied. Very near to Bentencho JR station. Wonderful view from room. Will strongly rcommend to all

A little issue during check in but everything else was pretty great
The hotel is in a good location if you're going to visit USJ, Legoland or the Aquarium for most of the time. It's also located on the interchange of JR Kansai Kuko airport rapid train service and Subway green line which is very convenient. I faced a little problem during check in where they requested I check out and re-check in into another room even though I had booked the same room for 3 nights (except that it was single occupancy then double occupancy) and even though I said I was fine to stay in the single occupancy room instead of double occ room. Nevertheless, Anna helped to solve it in like 10 minutes though it did took some arguing before it was allowed and I had to insist for 10 minutes because I really needed to use my room for a conference call. Reason for their refusal was because another big group was checking in, which shouldn't be the guest's problem especially when they've paid for the room for consecutive three nights. The hotel said they wouldn't be doing housekeeping then, and it was true when I realised the bedsheet was actually dirty with soup spilt on it and requested for a sheet change. Thankfully, we insisted and by evening when we returned, the sheets were indeed changed. It seems like the hotel doesn't replenish the tea and coffee though. The view is FANTASTIC. It's an awesome hotel, and I would definitely stay in it again given that I'm paying for the really low rate that I enjoyed with early bookings.
