It's quite nearby Juso Station (convenient from Itami Airport) and always has taxis out front. Nice view. Laundry room available if you are patient. Breakfast poor value for the money. Old fixtures. The fan in our bathroom didn't work. No soundproofing. Juso area frequented by drunks at night. Nearby Juso station is not a JR station, so you must change trains and/or walk to get to the biggest Osaka stations. A/C spastic. Seems to be popular with families with noisy children. Laundry room only has 3 washers/dryers and is extremely hot because it's in the parking garage. No internet access in our room. The hotel met our basic need of shelter, and we did manage to get laundry done, but only because we were patient and waited in the sweltering laundry room for a washer to open up. (There are only 3.) Sleep was a problem because there is no soundproofing, but there were plenty of noisy children. The Juso area is entertaining (if drunks at night don't scare you), and there is a station nearby (not JR). Fixtures were old, and the staff were not bad but not outstanding, either. All in all, there are lots of better hotels in Osaka, but there are probably lots of worse ones, too.
Hotel Feature Tip : Don't wait and do your laundry at night if possible. Do it during the morning or day if you can. Otherwise, one may never open up.

Big room and nice facilities. Good location. A little hard to find even though it's in a good location Stayed there for one night with my girlfriend. The hotel was in a good central location. Nice and friendly staff and the facilites were clean and modern except for the traditional turn metal key locks. Nice big room, not to fancy but good value for the money. Access to the pool was not included in the price, but only cost about 1000yen extra per day. Never tried the hotel restaurant though. Would absolutly recommend this hotel for budget travellers.

Nightlife Tip : Jusou can be a very interesting place at night if you do go for a wander around.
