Better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed in
The hotel is immaculate very clean and neat the room good by Japanese sizes very handy to everything I definitely would stay again the staff helpful and in English

This is a very good hotel very neat well equipped great position easy walk to train good restaurants in hotel and surrounding very comfortable bed also fast cable Internet in room wifi only available in lobby the only fault I could mention definitely better than the star rating great value

i booked the hotel in agoda. however, they said they dont have my booking and i showed the hotel staffs with my booking confirmation letter. they could arrange me room but i dont know why there is such a mistake.
nice room will surely book again next time

Nice modern hotel with convenient medium-sized rooms.
In a lively neighbourhood, 5-10min walk to Namba station (end station of Nankai express train coming from Kansai airport), with a lot of restaurants & shops but silent rooms nevertheless.

This is a more than adequate hotel! I was surprised with the room size and design, very nice indeed. The front desk had an English speaker who was most helpful!
