If you arrive by train at Namba station, get off at Exit 5, cross the road, and the hotel is just 2 minutes away.

Very hard to arrange a bus tour in Osaka

The hotel required to use the keycard to getting up the elevator if we arrive after 10.00pm for the security purpose. There are free internets in the lobby, free coffee from 10.00am-??? also. Breakfast is not included in our package so we have to pay 1,000 yen per head. The food was okay, the chef often comes around and fill the stands. Good coffee though. (by UFC, if I'm right)

• Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is in the middle of Namba. Lots of foods and fun. Dontombori is not very far. Food around the area is nice and the price is very reasonable.

Namba Station is quite a maze. You have to do lots of walking and people dodging to get to the E section of exits. Once you exit from the E section, the hotel is fairly easy to get to; we turned left from E5 and up ahead near the Mizuno (Mizuho?) bank, we made another left. It is well marked in English on top of the building and in kana on the front of the building. If you can't find it, ask one of the many security guards around for help.

I have just returned from Japan and staying at this hotel was one of the highlights of the trip. The location is so convenient and easy to locate - just across the road from exits E5 0r E6 of the Namba Railway Station will find you virtually across the road from this modern and funky Hotel. Service at reception is friendly and helpful - staff understand English and are eager to please. They are happy to store luggage prior to and after check-in and check-out The hotel offers free internet (two computers) in a smartly decorated lounge along with free coffee. Rooms are a decent size for Japan standards and they provide great amenities such as toothbrush, razors, hairbrushes and body sponges and quality shampoos etc. There is a free ice machine and a coin operated laundry where you can get a load done for 200 Yen and drying for 100 Yen. Rooms are exceptionally clean and well appointed and housekeeping are non intrusive and very efficient. This hotel is in the main restaurant and entertainment area of Namba and a quick walk to shopping areas such as Den Den Town. I felt completely at ease and safe in the area and would highly recommend the hotel to people of all ages. The hotel offers a sunstantial breakfast buffet (mainly Japanese fare) for 1000Yen.

• Restaurant Tip : Try out the Horai 551 Restaurant around the corner - they have fantastic sets for 1000 Yen - we were their every day they were so good.
