Close to Osaka Station, 15 minute walk to Floating Garden Observatory.
Not the greatest neighborhood - Elevator always stops at Front Desk level (3rd Floor if I remember correctly).. Smallish rooms.
Restaurant Tip : Make a left out of the hotel and walk a block or so. On your left will be a large shopping concourse with just about every type of restaurant - most with decent prices.....
