High Class hotel; nothing is missing in room equipment. excellent hotel according with 5 stars
We had no troubles with our voucher and hotel staff was kind enough to deliver the room 3 hours in advance for I was hotels guest already
free internet connection is appreciable
mini bar prices are reasonable
TV equipment had more international channel
breakfast is excellent
Shopping Tip : many shops galleries at 500 meters from the hotel.

All of staff is very kind and good service. I stayed there with my wife. All of staff is very kind and good service. Location is not so convinient, but not so noisy around the hotel. Thus, it is easy to relax.
Nightlife Tip : There is nothing around hotel. You shuld take shuttle bus to Osaka station, anyway.

Professional and polite staff plus good rooms. Location but the hotel shuttle bus makes up for this. This is a great hotel except for its location. They know that the location is a problem so a convenient shuttle bus service has been arranged. Staff are very polite and the rooms are good. The hotel provides good value for money.
Restaurant Tip : The hotel restaurant is a bit pricey but there are a few interesting restaurants on the street.
