Location - Clean rooms - LAN internet in every room. Small rooms for european standards but normal for Japanese standards. Nice Hotel with a very convenient location, just 30 mt from the subway station and around 500 mt from Osaka Castle. There are some really useful commodities free of charge: LAN internet connection in every room for your laptop and some ICE dispencer scattered around the hotel. Rooms are clean and confortable, although a bit small for my taste but actually that size is quite a standard in Japan.
I think I'll come back if I happen to be in Osaka again. Good value for your money.
