Hotel is opposite Kishibe Station, you can't miss it after exiting the station. Although it is not located at the city center where the main shopping district is, personally i think the easy access to JR station makes it better than those hotels in Shinsaibashi area but needs a 10 minute walk from nearest station. Hotel staff speaks limited English but there is no problem for basic communication. Room is very clean and fairly spacious for a Japanese hotel at this price. Bathroom might be a bit small but comes with a bath tub. Breakfast comes in 3 choices (Japanese style and western style) and you choose yours the day before. Breakfast is delicious and a lot of locals come to the restaurant for their breakfast as well. Overall, a value for money hotel with excellent service. I will choose to stay with them again for my next visit.
