I have been to this hotels several times and I have experienced that it's quit hard to book the room and sometimes I was able to reserve room and got the farest one. On the other hand, I was satisfied this hotel because the location is very god becuse it close to JR, Main station and etc which makes customer convenient and comfortable when travelling. I do satisfy the counter for checking in-out, they served me a good services and warmly as well.
