Great location, classy hotel, nice clean rooms, free internet Lovely hotel in the great location. The hotel is close to transport(almost above the sub-way station)and in the heart of busy shopping area. Great service, free internet, nice clean room and plenty of restaurants in the hotel and in the neighbourhood to enjoy. Enjoyed my stay and would stay there again when next in Osaka

Location near shopping area, clean room, quite spacious room, free internet access, limousine bus to Kansai airport Not all staffs can speak English well I often travel to Osaka and Nikko is my favourite hotel there. The rate is reasonable compare to its features. So its value for money. The location within walking distance to popular shopping area in Osaka, Shinsaibashi. Sogo, Daimaru is across the hotel. Many restaurants available there. The hotel room is clean and quite spacious for Japan hotel room standard. We also can easily use internet free at our room with our own laptop. Another important thing is there's a limousine bus pick-up to Kansai Airport, which I believe not so many hotels in Osaka provide this service (not like in Tokyo). At my last stay there, I used Agoda to book two rooms for two nights without breakfast, and for our nice surprise they gave us free breakfast coupons.

Good sized room recently refurbished. Ensuite. Friendly staff. Good central location.Free internet. We were upgraded because the mini bar fridge did not work in our alloted room. The old room had a massage chair which the refurbished room did not. Convenient limo bus to the airport. Close to canal which comes alive at night with restaurants etc. Close to subway station. Breakfast was good variety.
Restaurant Tip : Check out the Osaka pizza which is cabbage, pork, egg, mayonnaise and sauce BBQd in front of you. Very tasty.
