Our room was excellent: very comfortable bed and great bathroom.
- Hotel Feature Tip : Great if you're flying out of Kansai - you can check your flight details/check in desks etc during a brief stroll around the airport.

Requested a double non smoking room - was first given a smoking room, had to go back to reception and then was given a family room which means 3 single beds so no place to open suitcase. Requested 2 keys only one worked, had the faulty key replaced but it still didn't work. Carpet was stained, the room looked very old and tired.

The Nankai line does an express into Namba which is handy if you have at least 4-5 hours before flying. It stops at station that has a large shopping centre over it with some nice restaurants.
