Very nice hotel stay Guest Rating: 5.0

The staff was very accomodating as I arrived at 0900 and checkin was afternoon. They stored my bags without problem. Staff very professional and pleasant, room very clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was wonderful (I enjoy Japanese breakfast and it was well done). How convenient to be at the airport--no transfer. What I expected from a Nikko Hotel. Arigato.

Superb location for me as I had an early morning flight from KIX. Staff very helpful, room was spacious and comfortable.

my review is that your hotel is really for those who would like to rest and sleep only but not to entertain the guest and to be happy and prolong the stay in your stay. How can the guest will stay longer if they can't use other facilities for free? it is one of your come on to all your guest to use your facilities for free to make them satisfied while staying in the hotel,and might refer you to their friends because they are very happy in their stay.

best features of the hotel is that your staff are very accommodating, obedient, in short very hospitable.

your weaknesses are the food in your restaurant, it is not international. You don't cater food that can be liked by other nationalities it's more on your food taste.The use of amenities that the guest will have to pay an additional amount to use it, in fact it is your amenities it be used for free just like in other hotels.

I feel the hotel is very nice and most of all very convenient if you are traveling at the Kansai Airport. A very short walk to the trains and air terminal. The hotel has a good selection or restaurants but you still could walk to the airport for other selections. Rooms were quiet and I liked my view from the window of the planes landing and the ships coming into port. All in all, it was a great stay.

The staff was very nice and accomodating. Room was spacious in comparison to most Japanese Hotels. Most things were first rate.

I got lost and couldn't find the way to the front desk with my luggage. The elevators are hidden. Another con was the cost presumed by other travelers. I must have gotten a great deal cause other travelers said the hotel rooms cost in the two hundred dollar range.

Our room was excellent: very comfortable bed and great bathroom.

Requested a double non smoking room - was first given a smoking room, had to go back to reception and then was given a family room which means 3 single beds so no place to open suitcase. Requested 2 keys only one worked, had the faulty key replaced but it still didn't work. Carpet was stained, the room looked very old and tired.

Nikko Kansai, perfect for getting to the airport Guest Rating: 4.7

The Nankai line does an express into Namba which is handy if you have at least 4-5 hours before flying. It stops at station that has a large shopping centre over it with some nice restaurants.

The staff at the front desk appeared to be in a hurry to get you out of the room. Not very polite.
