This recently renovated hotel close to the commercial and industrial district is a three-minute walk from Nishinakajima Minamikata Station. The JR Shin-Osaka Station, where the Shinkansen can be caught for trips to other parts of Japan, is just one stop away. The hotel offers high-speed wireless Internet access throughout the hotel and serves a good Japanese and European breakfast. Dinner is by reservation only. Some of the nearby sites include Osaka Castle, Kema Sakuranomiya Koen, Osaka Expo Park, and the Osaka Bay Area. Hotel Shin Osaka is an appealing accommodation choice nearby to the commercial district.

very close to shin osaka station, helpful reception a little bit small room and out of date decoration i would say this hotel is good for money, just 1 min walk from east exist(Shin Osaka station). very convinence. variety of foods and cake available at the station. Also very helpful reception. they provide plug adpater free of charge with no deposit. however the room is look a bit out of date and little small

1. Excellent Location- 2 min walk rom Shin_saka JR station.
2. Excellent bathroom utilities, warmed toilet with regulation of large and small water usage (depends on your needs), sprinkle, bidet, toilet and shower for toddlers, you can take shower on the floor, big shower room, separate from toilet, you can sprinkle your hands when water is coming to fill the toilet buckle, - very convenient and clever, etc.
3. Good price for 3 separate beds in one room (me, my son and my daughter).
4. Cabel Internet in the room.
5. Friendly and competent service people (but see below).
6. Umbrellas (~6 bucks per piece) at the counter in case you forgot one.
7. Two entrances, one is conveniently faces Shin-Osaka station exit, just across the street.
And this is just a 2/3- star hotel!! America is far behind!!! Breakfast not included, no cafee or bar (at elast I don't see it).
Not sll personnel is profficient in English, but you can always find one at any shift. It was literally a cultural shock for me. I have travelled a lot of countries but Japan is far ahead in the hotel service business (I also stayed in a hotel in Tokyo). The all other features and details are described in Pros. I thought that American hotels would be the best in the matter of price/services and utilities: man, I was all wrong we are 20 year behind the Japanese. And in general, I think many thing things in Japan would bruise the American arrogance and pride of the “the most advance and innovative country in the World”. BRAVO JAPAN!
Restaurant Tip : Excellent food court at Shin-Osaka station.

Great location...could walk to train station in minutes and get anywhere in the city slightly small with our children. We should have gotten a bigger room Awesome hotel, staff was friendly
