Great location...could walk to train station in minutes and get anywhere in the city slightly small with our children. We should have gotten a bigger room Awesome hotel, staff was friendly

very Near to the train station there are no any good thing to eat in that area, or even there are no shop nearby.
Staff cannot speak good english.
if you want to get somthing to eat, suggest go back to the train station, there are some good resturants and good japanese food.
Restaurant Tip : Shin Osaka station provied good snacks, such as octopus balls, cheap and good taste!

Convenience.
Good service.
Clean. English communication is rarely. Since going to Shin Osaka Hotel, it is very easy to access from Osaka Station. I have checked in before time and since got back, they have moved my luggage to the room.
Although, the room is really small, but it is neat and clean. The restroom is provide very good facility, really appreciate it.
Even though, the reception is rarely to speak English, but they tried really hard to communicate and provide service to me.

Convenience and good value for money Bed and pillows a bit too soft. The hotel is really just right at the Station and ameneties are close by. Reception can speak a bit of english so that's good.

Great location, three minutes walk from JR Bullet Train's Shin Osaka Station. Roomiest for the price we've ever had for business hotels located near JR Shinkansen stations. A bit old but that was not a problem. This was a great find. When we visit Japan, we stay in business hotels closely located at JR Bullet Train's stations. Usually business hotel rooms are very small, probably 100 to 150 square feet. But the twin room we used at this hotel was easily double that size which added greatly to our comfort. There are many many eateries neaby.
Restaurant Tip : In JR Shin Osaka Station, you find two levels of restaurants, Japnese, western, Chinese and many other cuisines. We enjoyed the "morning set" for breakfast at one of coffee shops named Sancho.

Good value for money, walk to station and all ameneties close by bed and pillows are bit too soft for my liking Hotel is in a very accessible location from the station and all ameneties. It is good value for money and the reception can speak and understand basic English to give instructions of locations. Hotel is strict in check-ins but allowed us to leave our bags to be left for safe-keeping until the 2:00pm check-in. Room ameneties are all good and toilet/bathroom although small is compact and clean.

Conveniently located just across the road from the Shin-Osaka JR station Room size very small. I requested a non-smoking room but I could still smell the smoke in the room. An average hotel with clean room. The room size as well as the bathroom are small. There is free wireless internet access in the room. The breakfast at the hotel is cheap (800 yens) and the foods are reasonable (there is a choice of Western and Japanese menus). The main entrance of the hotel is on the side road but you can access the hotel through a corridor from the main road opposite the JR station.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : This hotel is centrally located. This is the place where you connect with the bullet train to go North or South of Japan. There is also the JR Rapid Express that takes you straight to the Kansai airport .

A good place for foreign travellers with JR pass. The staff are friendly, and there is a 24 hour convenient store at the ground floor.

Shin-Osaka Station minute trip, a really good location. Rooms clean but modest. Basic hotel, if not in need of any fine. Everything worked well. The region is not anything particularly attractive, but not bad either. Modest and pieneet rooms. Price in relation to a good basic hotel a couple of the night for the celebrations.
Sightseeing/Attractions Tip : Easy to go alongside the Shin-Osaka station by metro and train anywhere Osaka or Tokyo.

Ideal location for travel, since it is near a station. Difficulties in communicating with staff, because speaking very little English. Disappointment at the size of the room. For the past two nights in this hotel, it has been convenient for visits, since the hotel is located not far from a station.
Shopping Tip : Handy for travel, and we were lucky to have been able to attend, just outside the hotel at a flea market (antiques) very interesting.
