Central location (very close to Osaka Station and major shopping areas).
Size of room was large for Japanese hotel. Furnishings in room were old.
Room layout was not practical.
Air conditioner did not work properly.
Rooms facing main road are quite noisy. For the traveler wanting convenience and a central location, then this is the hotel for them. It is close to Osaka Station and major shopping areas. The staff are pretty efficient and helpful, but understand just a little English. The furnishings in the room are a little dated, but like most budget hotels in Japan, it is quite clean, and has a small bathroom.

Convenient location.\nBudget accommodation.\nVery quiet.\nEffective airconditioning Taxi drivers did not know of this hotel.\nRoom was small.\nHotel is rather dated.\nStrong smell of cigarette smoke. The Hotel was very conveniently located once we found it. The Taxi drivers did not know of it's location. We were able to walk from the Hotel to the train station. The rooms were somewhat small for three adults, and had a strong smell of cigarette smoke. The Hotel suited our needs for one night in Osaka whilst traveling, but it is not one that we would recommend to our family and friends.

Room was clean and tidy, staff were helpful.
Breakfast was good value.s Awkward location, keep to the main roads as we got well lost trying to negotiate the backstreets. Travel tip : Take the long route back and follow the main roads.
